My wife and I saw a one star review by a "Tahmina K." and wanted to let you all know not to take her review seriously. We look up one star reviews in the area for entertainment and found that the person is notorious for stealing from businesses including eBay auctions. Additionally, her partner was recently sued by a credit union for defaulting on a $500 debt. The one star reviews more often than not have ulterior motives. Anyway, this place is amazing. The bisibella is to die for.

Good food and service. Meal well prepared and tasted great. Right balance of spices. Authentic.

Buffet lunch weekdays $16.99 went with a friend who loves Indian food as much as I do. Lots of items on the menu including my favorite chicken tikka Marsala. 5 th Element makes the best! They also have dessert included. Their mango ice cream swirl is my favorite. If you love Indian or have never tried it this is a good way. Every item is labeled with an explanation. On weekends the Buffett has some more items & its $21.99

Food was delicious. They made my fav saag paneer although it wasn't on the menu. The service was slow at first (it was Valentine's Day), but the server apologized and thanked us for our patience and there were no more delays. I'd definitely return. Oh!! The complimentary mango ice cream was sooo good.

Quiet and relaxing atmosphere; arrived during non-peak hours. Ordered a bunch of chaats: samosa chaat, avocado papdi chaat, kale chaat, pav bhaji and one from their January special (I forgot the name). Also ordered the chili garlic naan with a side of butter chicken sauce (without the chicken). Each of the dishes were super flavorful and delicious! My favorites were the samosa chaat and pav bhaji. The naan dipped in the sauce was also excellent. We asked for the sauce to be extra spicy and the combination of the chili naan and sauce made it pretty spicy (make my head sweat spicy)! But that's exactly what I wanted! They also provided complimentary mango soft serve at the end. Perfect ending to the meal. Service was very nice and attentive. The only critique is that we saw them cleaning the tables with Windex (which is NOT a cleaner)! Otherwise, food was top notch and would go again.

I've been a fan of 5th Element for a while, but had never had their mid-day lunch buffet until recently. They took us to our table and promptly brought water and silverware, The buffet did not disappoint. It was busy but not overly crowded the two times we were there last week. Our enjoyment of the array of Indian foods was reinforced by the number of Indian patrons who were also enjoying these delightful offerings. Their new location is a bit more crowded in together than their last location, but it was fine here too. Decor was subdued, but very clean and easy to move around. Can't wait to go again.

We tried this restaurant for the first time for dinner while visiting Jacksonville and shopping at the mall. We were seated right away and I loved the ambiance. This place is fairly new and looks very clean. We ordered their Keema pav and avocado papdi chat and both of those appetizers were really good. I also ordered their Old fashioned drink. Our server was RK Naidu, and I loved the fact that he kept checking on us a few times to make sure we liked everything. I liked how he asked for feedback on the Old fashioned drink he made, so it could be better for the second time. He also recommended good dessert combo such as gulab jamun with their free mango ice cream. Their mango ice cream tasted delicious. Everything we ordered tasted great. I loved their spicy spring dosa that comes with vegetables and potato filling. We also ordered their chole bature and mixed vegetable garlic fried rice with paneer. See photos of the food below. Our bill for everything was $124, which is quite reasonable and I will be back to try other things on the menu such as chicken tikka masala next time. Overall this restaurant is great in terms of food and service. Highly recommend!

5th Element is definitely amazing Indian food and maybe also magic, because I'm already planning my next visit. The new location (I haven't been to the older location!) has great ambiance, and service so good you feel like a VIP. The food we tried : The chicken 65 - perfect amount of heat, flavorful, and honestly, I'm considering ordering lunch tomorrow just to have it again. The chicken 555 was also a hit! The lamb biryani was okay. Lamb is always hit or miss for me personally though, so don't let my opinion stop you if lamb is your thing! The wine was... fine. Nothing to write home about, but who needs fancy wine when the food steals the show? Five stars for the 5th Element. With a menu this good, I'll definitely be back to work my way through the rest of it.

My family and I are huge fans of 5th Element. We have been loyal customers for five+ years. We were excited about this second location close to the original spot on Baymeadows and finally made it for a visit. We were blown away by the new restaurant. It looks amazingly upscale. Staff are dressed up a bit more but still remain as friendly as ever. We were surprised to see how busy it was too. Food comes out quick just like usual but cutlery, glass, and plates are new and nice. The food remains the best Indian outside of India. Parking was decent with a ton of spots. I didn't check the bathrooms but I imagine they are good since the restaurant is new. There is beautiful outdoor seating. I'll try that in a future visit. But the best news is they have an ice cream machine too! This restaurant remains one of my favorites of all time.

Wow and wow! Recently opened new location at the Town Center and I can't wait to go back! Absolutely beautiful build out with ample seating and a huge outdoor patio. The star here though was the buffet. So many options and each item was labeled with the dish and ingredients! I suggest doing a visual lap before filling your first plate since there are so many delicious choices. Absolutely everything we tried was delicious. They even had tandoori chicken on the buffet! Pros: Clean, numerous buffet options, price- $15 all you can eat! Cons: buffet is lunch only (2:30 on weekdays and 3 on weekends)
